browser illusion + generated font

Fake monospace in the browser, real monospace in the font file.

This page now shows both sides of the repo: the live editor uses the Pretext-driven DOM effect, and the lower specimen loads an actual generated webfont produced by the Python pipeline.

Optical mode uses softer cell widths, centers glyphs in each cell, and trims spaces so paragraphs stay readable.

The live editor is still the browser-side cell trick, not a real font swap.

This demo uses measured grapheme widths and then expands every grapheme to a shared cell width for that font. The result is not true font engineering. It is a browser-side illusion.

The generated side is a real WOFF2 emitted by this repo. Rebuild it with npm run demo:font.
